About This Event:

Come to celebrate Valentine's day while you practice how to look and truly be seen by your partner.

This workshop is an invitation to gently remove the masks we wear to be loved, and to meet ourselves—and one another—as we truly are. Through presence, acceptance, and honesty, we explore how real intimacy begins within us. From this authentic space, relationships become sacred, nourishing, and deeply alive.

When we stop trying to be approved of, love can finally breathe. This gathering invites you to open your heart, release judgment, and remember who you are—just as you are. By meeting ourselves with compassion, we create the space for true intimacy and authentic relationship to unfold.

This prayer is an invitation to truly be ourselves,

to remember who we really are…

without masks, without effort, without burdens.

To simply be ourselves,

with our strengths and vulnerabilities.

Let us give ourselves the chance to grow together

and be nourished by one another’s transformation.

"By placing the focus on myself,

I can begin the transformation I have been waiting for in the other" Nana

We will come together to pray, to laugh, to cry, to dance,

to breathe, to play, to feel,

to reveal ourselves in our most real form

and to transcend whatever separates us from who we really are.
