It is impossible not to see and feel the collective chaos unfolding in the world around us. I do my best to remain centered, focusing on my own inner change, growth, and awakening of consciousness; placing my attention on what is positive and on how to bring light into the shadow itself. Not denying what is happening but courageously moving through the shadow so it may be illuminated.

For me, the only way to truly touch the light is by passing through the very depths of the underworld. This is what is happening collectively right now: so much shadow, chaos, despair, and fear appearing so that we may move through all that density just before reaching a more luminous state. If we dare to walk through it, something within us changes. We emerge reborn.

It is not easy, but it is essential to relax into the journey, to let go, and to remain fully present. Let us remember that every thought contributes to the collective field. The choice is always in our hands: to add more chaos and fear, or to offer a little lighter.

This is a time of rebirth. A time to become involved and to take responsibility for the process, knowing that what is happening in the outer world is also unfolding within us. It is indispensable to learn how to relax and empty ourselves, so we may receive the blessings that this portal brings. Rather than distracting ourselves with what is not, let us take responsibility for our own transformation, embracing what truly belongs to us to do - rooted in relaxation and absolute presence.
